Korrosjon

Korrosjonskontroll utføres ved hjelp av ultralydkontroll eller radiografisk kontroll. Digital radiografisk kontroll (røntgenkontroll) egner seg bra til dette.  

 Corrosion control is performed by ultrasonic inspection or radiographic inspection. Digital radiographic inspection (X-ray) is suitable for this.

Bærebjelke i bygg

Visuell kontroll av stålkonstruksjoner i bygg. Denne bjelken tilhører (eller tilhørte) en konstruksjon i Fredrikstad.

Røntgenbilde av sveis

Til kontroll av sveis brukes ofte radiografisk kontroll. Feil kan fremkomme slik som vist på bildet.

Weld control often uses radiographic inspection. Errors can appear as shown in the picture.

Røropplegg offshore

3. parts inspeksjon av røropplegg i Danmark. Vi sjekker at underleverandøren har gyldige sveiseprosedyrer og sveisesertifikater, og at man arbeider etter godkjente tegninger og ITP (Inspection and Test Plan). HMS er også tema ved slik oppfølging.

3rd party inspection of pipes in Denmark. We check that the subcontractor has valid welding procedures and welding certificates, and works according to approved drawings and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan). HSE is also a subject of such follow-up.

Bru

Kontroll av bruer. Vi kontrollerer at oppdragsgiverens spesifikasjoner følges, at kontrollen utføres som forutsatt og at korrekte materialer benyttes. Her har vi utført PMI (Positive Material Identification) for å bekrefte at syrefast stål er benyttet.

Control of bridges. We check that the contractor's specifications are followed as provided and that the correct materials are used. Here we have performed Positive Material Identification (PMI) to confirm that stainless steel is used.

Sveist konstruksjon

Stålkonstruksjoner til bygg er underlagt kontroll. Her skal vi utføre visuell kontroll, magnetpulverkontroll og radiografisk kontroll.

Steel structures are subject to control. Here we will perform visual inspection, magnetic particle inspection and radiographic inspection.

Umbilicals

Kvaliteten på stålrør som blir benyttet i produksjonen av såkalte Umbilicals (navlestrenger) er av stor betydning. Vi har mange års erfaring med slik oppfølging, både innenlands og utenlands.

The quality of steel pipes used in the production of so-called Umbilicals is of great importance. We have many years of experience with such follow-up, both at home and abroad.

Sprekk / Crack

Ved hjelp av UV-lys og fluoriserende væske kan vi påvise sprekker i materialer.

 Using UV light and fluorescent fluid we can detect cracks in metals.

Fjernvarme

Fjernvarme utgjør en stadig større del av oppvarmingen her til lands. Det er viktig at rørene og sveiseskjøtene kontrolleres før de tildekkes. Det har vært flere tilfeller av lekkasjer (kokende vann) der rørene ikke har vært skikkelig kontrollert.

District heating constitutes an increasing part of the heating. It is important that the pipes and weld joints are checked before they are covered. There have been several cases of leaks (boiling water) where the pipes have not been properly controlled.

Final inspection

Vi sjekker at leveransen samsvarer med det som er bestilt, at kontroll er utført og dokumentert og at trykktesting gjennomføres og bevitnes iht. bestillingen, samt at pakking og forsendelse skjer som avtalt.

We check that delivery corresponds to what has been ordered, that inspection has been carried out and documented and that pressure testing is carried out and certified in accordance with the order, and that the packing and shipment take place as agreed.

Pressure testing

Vi sjekker at trykktesting og tetthetsprøving skjer iht. regelverk og bestilling.

We check that pressure testing and leak testing is performed according to regulations and order.

Drone

I samarbeid med en annen leverandør tilbyr vi inspeksjon ved hjelp av drone. Video-opptak av svært høy kvalitet, og uten bruk av stillasje. Visuell kontroll av tanker, røropplegg, bruer, bygninger, tak og master.

In cooperation with another supplier we offer inspection using drone. High quality video recording and no use of scaffolding. Visual inspection of tanks, pipes, bridges, buildings, roofs and masts.

Under water

I samarbeid med et annet firma utfører vi også undervannsinspeksjoner. Utstyret er mobilt, lett å betjene og har utmerket kvalitet på opptakene. Kontroll av- og under, kaianlegg, bruer, havneanlegg, skipsskrog  etc.

In cooperation with another company we also conduct underwater inspections. The equipment is mobile, easy to operate and has excellent quality of recordings. Inspection of- and under, quays, bridges, port facilities, ships hull etc.

Sveising / Welding

Vi utfører sertifisering av sveisere i samarbeid med et akkreditert sertifiseringsorgan.

Vi kan også bidra med sveiseingeniør IWE og utarbeidelse av sveiseprosedyrer.

We carry out certification of welders in cooperation with an accredited certification body.

We can also contribute with welding engineer IWE and the preparation of welding procedures.
